1. Services

AmberMount House Detailing Inc. ("AmberMount") provides residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleanup, window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, house washing, and permanent outdoor lighting installation services in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by phone. Online bookings require a valid credit card on file; quote requests do not. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged to the card on file: a $50 fee for house cleaning, and 25% of the booked price for exterior services. Same-day bookings carry a $40 same-day fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you promptly and no fee applies.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to HST. Prices are based on the size of your property, the services requested and the details you enter when booking. If the property differs materially from what was entered, we will confirm any adjustment with you before the work proceeds. Payment is collected after the service is completed, to the card on file or by e-transfer, cash or cheque where agreed in advance. Quotes for commercial, post-construction, permanent lighting, Airbnb and industrial work are prepared individually and do not require a card.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

5. Access & Preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas to be serviced. For exterior services, you do not need to be home. For interior services, please ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or property.

6. Liability

AmberMount carries commercial general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during service, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the service provided.

7. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. All content on this site, including text, images, and design, is the property of AmberMount House Detailing Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
